IDEAL PROJECT

Alternative energy continues to hold a platform at a global level. The ideal project for KSI is to work with a developer to create an innovative GREEN development to serve as a model for other developers and future projects. Within the past few years the US Government has made tremendous strides to encourage developers to take advantage of tax incentives to create GREEN (energy efficient) developments. KSI is strongly committed to connecting with developers and promoting the installation of alternative energy sources, not traditionally or commonly used. KSI has joined forces with architects and private energy companies to promote alternative energy sources and tax incentive for developers to implement the new technology.
